Internet users who use ChatGPT as a friend, source of consultation or for leisure, reported that the application is presenting problems both in its web and mobile version.
According to Down Detector, an internet portal that monitors the operation of some of the most used platforms in the world, ChatGPT began to have failures around 11:00 a.m. 93 percent of the failures that occurred in the artificial intelligence service, today, February 4, were in loading, four percent in the application and three percent in the website.
For several minutes, users tried login unsuccessfullywhile others experienced slow responses, unanswered queries, or errors when sending messageswhich quickly generated comments and memes on social networks.
Little by little the service began to be restored for various users.
